yeah that is why it is not really worth that much unless you are lucky and have a registered landlord. Even then you would be need to be paying alot out of pocket for the 20 dollar fee to pay off.

not sure if I understand what you are saying. Lets say you rent is 1k then you are buying the points at 2 cents a point. Hence it only is worth it if your rent is high or you prepay which for some people may not be worth it.

They do not give you the money it goes directly to the management company associated with this program so you would have to bring them in on this.

Not really, I can't see why your management company would complain if you prepaid rent. Also, if you overpaid 'by check' (via this service), they'd have no issue refunding you by check once your payment cleared.

granted I was simply pointing out that it is not as simple as some other payment programs where you get the money directly, though I agree if you pay extra they would prob just mail you a check
