They donít have the right to disclose location yet however we have all the permits BH
Pity it's too early for anyone with a flight.

What are the shacharis minyan options around DC?
Any breakfast spots?
Best place to park?
I'm sure things will be different on Tues, but on a regular day there are no breakfast options in DC proper other than (cholov stam) donuts at Krispy Kreme. Otherwise, there are three lunch/dinner options: Oh Mama Grill, Charbar, and GW Hillel.

On a regular day there is only one shachris minyan at Kesher Israel in georgetown. (usually 7:15 although RC might be a few minutes earlier). I would imagine though that there will be plenty of other minyanim this tuesday.

Re parking, your best bet is to part at one of the metro stations outside DC center and take the metro in. Depends where you are coming from though.

Arriving DCA 730am.
Departing DCA 9pm.

Nearby cities with a minyan or breakfast place? Silver Spring? Baltimore?

You can technically take the metro in to DC from DCA. Personally, I would avoid driving that day. Traffic on a reg tues morn in DC is bad, only going to be worse with an additional ~100k people coming in. Closest place with breakfast would be silver spring (e.g. goldbergs bagels, among others), but again, it will be mobbed and I can't see it being worth the shlep. Baltimore is quite far and will be an hour and a half each way no matter how you go (drive or train). Best bet is to find a local minyan that starts at 830 or 9, and either bring food, or  find one of the kosher brunches taking place such as the OU one listed above.

For lunch/dinner, you can try any of the three options (closest is going to be GW Hillel or charbar) but they will likely all be mobbed.

Any 8am or later minyanim in SS?

I don't want to rent a car, but also don't want to shlep around a backpack and talis bag all day long, so tough call there. Any luggage storage places around?

GoDaven gives the following options, but definitely verify before going (esp. since they could be earlier for Rosh Chodesh).

https://www.godaven.com/shul-details/866

I'd also reach out to Chabad of DC, which may have something special planned for that day, or may be willing to help you organize a later minyan:

nah, dont have to go so far.....
very common groups take along small travel size torahs

and  Israir tried it
Quote
In early 2007, the airline announced plans to introduce Sky-Torah scrolls on each of its aircraft.[11] These were effectively Torah scrolls which would be carried on board its flight for Jewish passengers to use for prayer. This is a first for any Israeli airline and was seen by many as a means to attract many Haredi passengers to the airline at a time when they were showing great dissatisfaction with arch-rival, El Al, following their flying of aircraft on the Shabbat

In my mind I was expecting less than 10k. From this thread now I'd up my number to 20k max (I didn't/don't really look at any other news sites).

We'll find out. Maybe I'm totally off.
