Really sorry you had to experience that. Can you please share some more information about what happened?

I have zero interest really in saying the story because people love to doubt whether it happened or not or did they mean it, all I know is anti Semitic comments especially a 3 minute walk from a big jeiwsh community is such a bizzare way to do business and the fact that the manager hasn't responded to hyatt is rather interesting.  So I'm trying to see if there's a higher contact to get someone involved who can actually figure out what to do

People doubt because a lot of times Jewish people try to get something they feel entitled to and when denied they cry anti-semtism. I'm not saying that's what happened in your case, I'm just asking what happened. Sharing facts might make some people doubt it happened, but is also likely to arouse other people's sympathy and willingness to help you.

General DDF tip (often true for the rest of the social internet as well), the more context you provide, the more engagement you’ll get.

Emotions expressed by words said can't be taken back. If the person hates you the person hates you. Apologies are meaningless.

Not to downplay what happened, but you're probably best off just moving on. The animal already gave you enough headache and wasted enough of your time. The time, effort, brainspace, and emotional health, along with the slight chance of the employee actually getting fired, do you really want to give this one more second of ur time? Unless you have extreme concrete proof, and maybe have an attorney threaten legal action, it's very unlikely the employee will be fired. If you move on, you will be doing urself the biggest favor.
Wishing you all of the best either way.

Especially if you get them fired
