Does frontier cancel/delay a lot of flights?

I need to fly very specific time and airports and frontier is the only one available. How bad is it?

I need to fly out of PHL - MIA and only seeing Frontier going direct. All other airlines have stopovers, Flight needs to depart after 7pm.
Other option is American, PHL-FLL but then I would need to Uber 50 min to my destination at midnight...is that so much better? I have been delayed twice recently on American.
