I highly suggest your website displays a physical address in the footer, it's one of the first things I check before ordering from a new site
Before even looking further in this thread and reading all these comments. I just did a quick look around
on the site. Seems to have lots to offer.
Then of course I see it ships from NJ so I'm like hmm where in NJ. All I can see is mimi who's from NJ and nothing more.
Yes wad a little taken aback and wasn't sure if this site is legit or not? When I have to start searching the internet to track down where the business is located I would probably just find some other reliable store even if I had to pay more.
So yes an address is a good start to grow your business.

You need to google quality bath, see the pictures and then other companies in the building who have an address and then locate the business.. though now I'm remembering that there's a show room with a few faucets and sinks displayed from what I can remember when I have passed it to go daven next door.
