Actually just shot up to around 520 for download. I dont think its FIOS.

A t1 line is only 1.5mbps but it's extremely stable, used many times for phone systems or backup for critical connections a t3 is the same thing just much bigger, 45mbps then there is bonded t1 or t3 which is multiple lines running together try pingtest.net i've never seen better than a b+so if you get an A you probably have T3 or bonded T3
