video chat on my iphone works great, never had any problems as far as speed.

The speeds posted were LTE with ping rates of 75+ ms. What ping rates are you getting on your iPhone?

See, you're also at 100ms, but now I realize that that isn't even so bad, at .1 of a second, might not be up to par for 30fps, but definitely workable.

Delay = bad quality in my book.

To clarify, when I say bad quality I don't mean unclear video, I mean bad overall video-calling experience.

Delayed video, Echo, Not synced voice and pix ...

DDF sigs are fine, it's the Tapatalk ones that are annoying.

So back to Sprint. Is it my imagination or is Sprint becoming way more stingy about waiving fees these days? Last month I went over 120 minutes and was charged $70. First I thought no problem Il just call sprint. But after speaking to 3 managers who at best was offering me $25 I realized that I got to change my tactics. Instead of asking for it to be waived as a goodwill gesture due to my long time relationship etc first time it happened et.. I needed to have a solid complaint. I then remembered that the gps was not working the past month so I called back and I used that complaint plus loyalty and finally the 3rd manager gave me it back less the $10 it would've costed me if I would've purchased them ahead of time. What a change. Back in the day I was able to get valid int data charges waived no problem.... :o

Yup, they're extremely strict with credit issuing due to the rampant way it was abused by employees and customers.

. . . Which means there is an option in your profile to add a signature.
