Pretty sure the 100 is the same as the 110 in regards to using every jack in your house. The 110 just allows you to use an existing phone line as a second line IIRC.

 I just looked at my 110, and BAHayman is correct.
 I think, (correct me if Im wrong folks) If you want to use the obi as a jack PLUS hook up all your pre-existing jacks to the obi, then get the 110. If you want to only use your Pre-existing jacks, then a 100 is fine.

Both the 100 and the 110 allow you to dial out via 2 SIP providers. The 110 also allows you to dial out via your existing phone line (PSTN) by dialing **8 before the number. (CMIIW)

I've got a similar device, Linksys SPA-2102. I would've bought an Obi had it been around when I bought the 2102.

Location has nothing to do with it. The only factor is that to use Google Voice you need to set up the account in the USA (or Canada?).

Obi works fine in Israel.
