Of course they do. You can use them to rent an office space in prime locations/buildings all over the world. This includes real offices, as well as virtual office space. You can rent a virtual office in fancy buildings anywhere, and they will accept you mail, phone calls, etc. for you and you get to put that address and phone number on your business card. How does it sound to have an office in the Rockefeller center? Use your imagination. Another example, you might want to rent a temporary virtual office space in DE...
They have conference rooms as well. Check their website for all the stuff they offer.

Renting office space is a service, renting a phone system is a service, etc.

Do they sell any physical items? E.g. office supplies, business cards, postage stamps. . .

It would make sense for them to sell those items, considering they already have the staff on hand and people using their spaces will need such products.
