Is the billing portal set up properly. I did this 2 years ago and for the first 1.5 years their billing wasn't set up, and they're sending me bills now (although I canceled over a year ago. I now have regular solar)

Yes! There's no billing anymore from the solar developer. ConEd will apply the discount directly on the bill.

This is not a small company at all. They manage the largest portfolios in NY.
As you know, issues in NJ arise because the subscriber is receiving two bills; in NY, it is all done directly on the subscriber's bill, so there is no room for errors.

When I dit in the past, it was capped to $10 a month. this seems like a better deal, but is the 10% only on the coned part - or also the supply part?

eitherway, anyone with a roof that can hold solar panels is far much better off getting paenls than by joining a farm.

I thought ESCOs end up costing more in the long run, as they tend to jack their prices up.
