Transferring avios from British Airways to Iberia

When I try to transfer it says "Sorry, you are not eligible to combine your Avios with Iberia Plus." with a link that doesn't explain anything. Does anyone have experience with this?

Alternatively is there a way to book Iberia flights via British airways?

The Iberia Plus account has to be 90 days old.

The account details have to match exactly. If the login email is different it won't work.

You can book Iberia flight with BA.
