I never drink coffee without milk, and usually have to hold my nose (figuratively) if I need a pareve substitute. Someone bought an oatmilk for the coffee station in my shul over shavuos, and I was blown away. If it was as cheap as milk I'd consider substituting it for real milk all the time.
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Have you tried the refrigerated almond milk? It tastes nothing like the boxed one.
Yup. I think I had Califia, and it was decent, but nowhere near as good as this oatmilk (was chobani extra creamy).

i agreed with you and said that i also only like milchig cheesecake cold.
Well, not a great comparison, as (I'd imagine) no-one eats hot cheesecake.

Depending on how long it was frozen for, yes
It goes bad in the freezer?

If it sits for long enough, yes. It won't spoil but the texture turns horrible. Source: 2020 food boxes.

There's obv nothing like freshly roasted single origin beans, but if u want cheap and still ok beans imo it would prob be the Ruta Mayo from Costco for around $16 a 2.2lb bag.

Out of curiosity, what single origin would you recommend? (I will probably try these and the aforementioned Peet's for now)

You can also try getting half and half. It lasts longer and you need less.

Most good things from South America come here by the kilo.

Califia oat creamer (not the oatmilk extra creamy) is best, but very expensive. Same like you, if not for the huge price difference it would replace milk for me too.

Both
AFA Companies go,  I have tried many diff small roasters out there (in person 1st usually) these are my top 3, Marcy and Myrtle in Brooklyn, Greater Goods out of Austin, Belux out of GA.
Now when it comes to coffee regions there are so many diff variables, I try sticking to Natural vs, washed ect... Light Roast for espresso, Med/light for pour over and Cold brew. My Fav regions have been CR, Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Colombia.
I bet this is not the answer u expected  ;D ;D ;D
