In the beginning of this thread there is a list of elite member groups and you get to those if you post more posts. so people have been making a joke that after a certain point you I able to see different threads if you can't see when you're not in a very high group when it's not true unless you're an admin... or maybe it is true?

Getting to a higher group is true, the question is is if you getting to a higher group gets you anything. If you look at your profile you will see the level group you're on. more posts you have a different group you're in.
