I think length of active status should count for something. Some of us don't post every brainf**t or +1 just to boost post count.

But then some people are active for a few years and make less than 10 posts. How is that fair if they don't contribute?

When I said active I wasn't referring to time since signup - that's just length of membership. By active I mean regular activity. Like your email account needs activity to remain active.
