Greetings all. I'm trying to plan a trip to Hawaii next Dec. I have (thanks to Dan) 100,00 avios points and some AAdvantage points as well. If I book through AA.com I see some First Class sAAVer fairs for 37.5 First Class each way. I can't seem to get this fair form BA.com. They'll book the trip on American, but want the Standard 65k (forget the exact amount) for first each way.
Any thoughts on how I can use the Avios for the 37.5?
On the same subject:
I have 50k in my Aadvantage account, and 50k in my wifes, and 100k in my Avios. As far as I can tell, I need to book a One-Way with my Wife's AA account, a seperate One-Way on my AA account, and then both of us together on a 1 way home using 100k Avios, unless someone has a smarter plan for combining the lot?!
