The owner and manager told everyone he will stick to one specific shechita like all other Bingos. Therefore, nobody spends time finding the manager to ask him which shechita he is using. This was the benefit shopping in Bingo for those who use specific shechitas. At GG they also have Mesorah/KJ, but you have to ask and wait each time.

They made a change and did not keep their word. They did not notify anybody of this change.

Inquiries were made, and answers were given. If the answer changed, it's on the hashgacha to let people know. If they can't remember who previously asked, or they can't get in touch with them, a public notice is the best course of action. I'm not sure why this is a problem for you..

I don't understand if the "owner" told you something, and then didn't tell you something else, go back to them in the same channel. Where did the "owner" tell you that? On WhatsApp?

On another note, I'm surprised that the hashgacha isn't on each and every label? Or are you saying that both shchitas have the same hashgacha so it's indistinguishable from the label?

Our Bingo switched to strictly Empire. Hisachdus sends some guy to Empire who wraps the Empire Boxes with Hisachdus tape and sends it to our Bingo only. They do absolutely nothing else ate the Empire plant besides taping the boxes.

Reminds me of the guy telling the Rav that Chasidim speak a lot of loshon hora...

The boxes are taped with hisachdus tape, what do the individual trays/labels say? Are they completely bingo branded? If so, why do they need the extra hisachdus taper payroll? 🤔

Unless you are implying KAJ was not being honest, they write they couldn't keep the kashrus to their standards, and that is why they "didn't like it". This was a a huge financial loss for them, and I give them lots of credit for not folding.
