Milky Way has gift cards in store no minimum, you can get a single gift card and load it with multiple amex cards and then reload it month after month

have done this multiple times credits within a few days

I'm guessing since you only used $3.81 (even though I have no idea what you can buy there for such a low price), you're still able to use the rest up to $50 at a later point?
