I just waited 5 months for my Equinox credit to be manually applied - I think I'm done with this approach

If Amex is refunding these GCs, would think a restaurant would happily offer to refund if a test fails, since if it succeeds it means a lot of $$ sponsored by Amex. No?

Yes, you will get the rest of the credit when using it later.

Btw, I already used my card a few times at this merchant and the credit was only triggered once, so I don't know when/if it will work.

Anju allows online ordering but only 1 GC / discount code per order.
(Was hoping to purchase several and use together = free meal. Apparently can't. $20 discount that useful for me...)
