Hyatt is running a promo 20% off for buying points. However it seems the base price is also 20% off leading to the total discount being 36% off. It comes out to 1.5cpp as apposed to the usual 2.4.

$844.80/55000=1.536 cents per point (slightly less when you account for points earned on the purchase). Could be some decent redemptions if you don't have Chase points.

Alas, max purchase is 55K, though you can combine points.
