paypal can shut your account for anything they think is out of the ordinary. Usually scale they don't like. But since you don't use the account, you probably don't care to lose it and you make an easy 300$

Not really. I don't know what pps algos look like. I know people that spend a few hundred and then paypal sends their accounts into review and I've seen people spend thousands

If your PP account is being used for illegal stuff and you find yourself in the middle of a federal investigation..

They don't need your social to know who the account owner is.

You gotta trust him that he will only use it for whatever he says he will.
