Sitting in the southwest terminal in Phoenix and my flight was just delayed 3 hours... What should I call and ask for?

Why was it delayed?

Why was it delayed?
The plane that supposed to take us is having maintenance issues at its previous destination

Delta cancelled my 11:30am flight BTV-LGA because of a paperwork issue, rebooked me on the 5:30pm.  I was able to fly standby on the 1:15pm flight instead.  How much compensation you think is deserved?  No food voucher offered.

I posted a few days ago about my delayed stopover in Phoenix. Flight came almost 5 hours late. Southwest gave each passenger on the plane $100. Today I called customer relations and before I even got a chance to complain the rep offered me another $200! Traveling with my wife so I received a total of $600. Now that's what I call a nice return!!

Anyone have the united customer care phone number?

I had it,a rep gave it to me by mistake and I lost it,I didn't realize how important it is.

I had a delayed flight I opened up a case and didn't hear anything for weeks, till when I got their number I called and they offered me 20k miles for delayed flight.

But I never actually got it,trying to reach them with no luck.

Or search DDMS for United call back.
Airlines sending me "We're in this together" emails.

Bruh, where were you when my suitcase weighed it 51.50 pounds?

Just flew Turkish JFK-TLV. I had a doctor appointment in Israel the next day that I needed to make. We were delayed an hour in JFK but they said they will make up time in the air. I told them that if I miss the connection I would just stay in nyc and they said you will 100% make it. Long story short we were delayed again on runway and stewardess still told us plane will wait for us. We got to Turkey no plane, no food or lounge and a 5 hour wait for next flight. Arrived in TLV 7 hours later than planned.
Should I contact Turkish or Amex?

I don't think amex gives something for delays.

A while back I sold my brother some United miles and booked his Lufthansa flight from TLV to NYC on my account. The flight was smack in middle of the war and his flight was cancelled. To make a very long story short, he somehow squeezed his way onto the ELAL flight. He complained to United that he never actually took his Lufthansa flight, nor did United try to make alternative arrangements (he got on to the ELAL flight on his own) and from United's response it seems as if they might credit back his miles. Assuming they credit back his miles, it will go into my account. The question is who do these miles belong to: me or or my brother. I will end up giving him the miles anyway but I'm curious what you all think.

I'm confused. Did he pay for the elal flight seperately?
Did you return his money?

From what I think I understand I'd say him.

He did not pay for Elal nor did I return his money. He assumes Elal worked something out with Lufthansa but he had nothing to do with it. When he complained to United he figured they would say because you only got on Elal because you were already ticketed on Lufthansa we don't owe you anything, but that's not what they said.

I've gotten compensation for the exact reason. I had booked with UA and got back UA miles.
