Thanks but what if i dont have any plans to fly united within the next year?

Is it attached to your name? Because if not, then you can probably sell it...

Airline: United
Flight  LHR-EWR
Class:  BusinessFirst (ANA award ticket)
Date:  04/13/15
Incident:  No kosher meal (I was on a later flight, but changed 4 days ago, & I called in to confirm KSML)
Compensation:  ??

What should i ask for?
Someone suggested that I tell them, that I only fly business, because of the better food, that seat doesn't really make a difference for me, and I should request the points distance difference between economy and business, or an global upgrade. Should i say that?

Should i also ask ANA for compensation?
WTH are all these ,,,,,,,,,,?

SW lost my stroller canopy, and claim it's under the "we're not responsible for strollers" policy. According to your considerable legal opinions, is that true?

I was delayed in isreal more than 24 hours, is there a link to file a complaint that the airline should compensate according to Israel laws? (It was actually on the flight what supposedly the CH women saved)

TIA

I was on the same flight on that lovely Sat night.
I emailed the airline to try and get some compensation. Let me know what you do, I will advise as well.

The terms say they're not responsible for damaged strollers, but part was lost - not damaged. Do I have a claim - or should this go under the "damaged" category?

I had a delayed flight cuz of a snowstorm, & missed my connection. I showed the airline staff flights on other airlines that would get me there that night, but was refused, & needed to wait another day to fly on their next flight to my destination. So A) am I elligable for reimbursement for the late departure? B) is the airline responsible for not booking me on the other airline, therefore it would be fair requesting reimbursement for late arrival?

Where can I find more info on how much I can legally claim in these circumstances. Tia

So you had a weather delay. Nothing the airline can do. It could be the other flights were full.

Technically the airline doesn;t need to give you any reimbursement here. They are not liable since it was weather.
