I landed late because of a storm in my departing city. And I was refused a earlier flight in the connecting city

ewr-tlv (united); after being delayed 3 hours due to mechanical issues, landed in tlv and realized they cracked a piece off of my mountain buggy. I paid with amex prg and starwood (both). What should I do?

Looking for compensation for a flight booked with avios, however it was an AA flight. Do i call British or AA? And if i call american can i get avios credited or i have to get AA miles?

Got a reply from lufthansa and they are sending me $428 of compensation for a delayed bag for 4 days.

Compensation: 4,000 AA miles.

Kind of meh, considering F class.

Well, considering I submitted the complaint and had a response within about 4 minutes, I was too shocked to counter

From my search of this thread, it seems in line with what to expect.

5K UA miles, $75 voucher, 1500 miles, etc etc.
