United is the hardest airline to get anything. I would tweet about the compaint and you should get a response quickly.

What would be the best way to contact Lufthansa in regards to a 'No KSML' from MUC-YUL IN F (though we had a phenomenal experience), I sent them a letter thru their feedback system more than a month ago, I also emailed them, and no respond, any idea?
TIA

Got 5k for no KSML in Y.

I traveled for Pesach from TLV to Athens on Enter Air which is a polish Airline the orgenizers charted.

After waiting for over 5 hours on the run way due to lack of infant seat belts, we finally took off.

Been speaking to them for 3 months now to claim compensation for my whole fam ( 10 people ) they requested proof that I was on board
claiming that they do not have to release the passenger list, to there surprise I found the boarding cards..

But they still declined my request...

any professionals here that would like to take them on ?

Airline: UA
Flight: EWR-ORD
Class: Economy (award ticket, connecting flight from TLV)
Incident: Missed connection.  Re-booked to later flight and was ensured our kids would be ticketed next to at least me or my wife.  We arrived at gate and everyone had a middle seat.   Gate agent told us to get on plane and hope others would switch (which they did, but the situation was very uncomfortable, especially having to ask someone to switch from aisle/window to middle).
Compensation: 20k miles!

This is why I do not mind delays from TLV

Dear Chucksterace:

Thank you for your patience while we have reviewed your request for compensation under the Israeli Services Law.

United Airlines has determined that, in this case, monetary compensation is applicable and will be issued only to customers who were holding a confirmed reservation, a fare paid ticket, and were checked in and available to board the aircraft in accordance with United’s Contract of Carriage.

As alternative options to your claim for cash compensation, we would like to offer you a choice of a $1,000 (USD) United Travel Certificate* (redeemable and transferable toward the purchase of any United or United Express-operated flight) or 30,000 United MileagePlus® miles (redeemable on flights operated by United, United Express or by Air Canada, ANA, Austrian, Lufthansa, SAS Scandinavian, Swiss, Thai and 20 additional Star Alliance partners worldwide.)

You may not hold me responsible for any actions taken that were recommended from my account or username.
