Amy better way to complain?
Wouldn't this be ripe for a DOT complaint? They promise a flat bed seat.

Will try. Did I mention that my KSML ad a "use by" date of 3 days in the past?

United flight LAX-HNL
Maybe we should have known this before, but there is no IFE unless you bring your own device (and no outlets to charge devices) and I was super disappointed in the seats, barely better than economy premium. Any point in complaining?

What exactly are you going to complain about ? They didn't mess you up, did they ? The plane is what it is.

Nice. What about your claim for the hotel?
They didn't mention it. And I used SPG points for it, so I suspect I'm out of luck. Not worth fighting it, I think.

If it really was June 9 I would guess that's pretty bad. Did you take a pic of it?

If an airline delay causes you to miss your connecting flight, an airline will typically just book you on a different flight, with no other compensation (assuming that the minimum connection rules were followed), correct? I may have a situation developing :-)
ETA : Also, how do I determine the reason for a delay?

Booked an AA flight with Avios, missed the flight due to not being able to check-in bag within 45 min to flight (was on time but got delayed 10 min in broken elevator in JFK) next flight was to late for shabbat, they put me on standby for connecting flight however didn't clear 3 consecutive flights and ended up booking new ticket with delta on my own

will complaint get my anything and should i complain to AA or BA

A friend of mines checked in 2 hours before the flight (also AA booked with Avios) and there were crazy lines for security and all.
In the end they left without him!!
Who knew they can do such a thing??!
