I understand the need to be careful for other people's allergies, but at least offer me some alternative that doesn't cost $15.99...

no direct number, you call the global service number and ask for customer care. But they wont help you if you are not global services.

Under the EU law, a international flight of over 350 Kilometers that was delayed more than 5 hours, is entitled to 600EUR per passenger compensation plus a full refund, or is it either or?

full refund i believe is only if you dont take the flight.
