I was flying on Southwest from Midway in Chicago to LGA a bit less then a month ago, flight was supposed to leave at 4:55, was delayed once before boarding (didn't leave the gate till around eight o'clock), second time before take off for like another hour, and a third time midflight (for like 20 minutes) didnt get to Brooklyn before 12:30 am... I think it was all due to bad weather in LGA
So I sent an email to Southwest, that I had to pay much more to get a hotel for the night and get to new Jersey next day where I'm currently residing,
got a $200 southwest voucher in the mail...
