AA LON - JFK Seat didn’t hold recline - button was jammed. Was a codeshare booked through elal. I’m guessing I complain to AA? Also TLV - LON we had to divert to VIE for a sick passenger, is there any compensation for that?
swiss bussiness class tlv -nyc luggage didn't make it onto the flight they sent it with another flight arrived about 10 hours after i landed what can i expect in compensation?
Yes for purchases up to 1300 range [search Montreal convention or EU law]
My family was on an El-Al flight EWR -> TLV that was cancelled in 2016 due to the pilot's strike. They were rebooked on a flight through Boston and arrived in TLV the next day (more than 8 hrs after original arrival time). I submitted a compensation claim but El-Al Customer Relations responded that the claim doesn't fall under the Israeli Aviation Services law because of the labor dispute [paragraph 6 (e) (1)]. They offered a $200 voucher for future travel per person (x3) that expires in 1 year. My questions are:1. Was there an official strike? Pilots didn't show up to work but what constitutes an official strike/labor dispute according to the law? 2. Should I push for more? 3. Does anyone know if the voucher is tied to the name of the passengers? Or can it be transferred to a single person? Thanks
Hasn't that ship sailed or plane flown a long time ago? There's got to be a statue of limitations for the airline.
See Swiss.com, $200 max for business class with receiptshttps://www.swiss.com/ch/en/prepare/baggage/baggage-irregularities.html
is this also if i live in ny it says on the page when traveling abroad.?
Ask them... I know many insurances only cover when you are out of town and not in your home town
