Hi I'm fairly new here don't know if this was discussed here or anywhere on ddf & not sure this is the right place so if not pls refer me to the right place. My uncle just called me that his wife & in laws flew easyJet from TLV to UK for a wedding (in & out) their luggage didn't arrive. Airline said they can buy 25£ per person for upto 3 days. Now that barely helps for basics forget abt a gown/ dress/suit for a wedding. Any idea if there's someone to talk to abt this?

Incident: KSML has issues (Below)
Compensation: 3500 AA miles so far

First time I have ever received a phone call from AA regarding a complaint. I used the form and got 3500 compensation for an issue with a KSML. Essentially I was in J and the plate was broken underneath and had pieces of glass/melamine scattered with the meal. Severe safety issue especially because it was really hard to see. (Some big and some small pieces) I was more surprised the FA didn't catch it. Anyway original comp was 3500 miles. I asked for an escalation and got a call asking for Pics and more info. They said they will call me back tom.

I took a flight from ewr to tlv with a stopover  in Munich and my luggage wasn’t put on my flight and only arrived the next day to tlv they delivered it to my house what compensation can I get?

my flight was tuesday august 1st but i know that the sunday flight had the same issue also they didnt put the luggage on the connecting flight to tlv and sent it 2 days later.

Yes can confirm as well for Sunday flight. Reimbursement for toiletries and clothing purchases is a starting point… from Lufthansa and credit card if applicable

Had the same issue Pesach. Luggage stuck in Germany, TLV never acknowledged receiving it. Had to send someone to TLV to look for it.

That is a valid claim
Reasons they may not be liable include air traffic control issues etc
