filed with airline and submitted a form with regulatory body of Greece. how long should i expect to wait on this one.
does it make a difference if i booked the flight through a third party travel agency (KIWI.com)?
my friend filed with a third party collection agency and just received this email. once the airline doesnt comply its safe to assume they are right? and more effort is a waste?
