Filed a complaint to United bc entertainment system didn't work on my flight from tlv-ewr 2 weeks ago and they sent me 2,500 miles

Was booked on LX J TLV-ZRH with SQ points
And they changed the aircraft,I got 100 chf ,(2 tickets,200chf )and was able to cancel and get back points for free.
And then I booked on LY they had an offer for $280 so I booked a third seat to feel like in LX J

I had a few issues with aa and want to file a complaint but there is a limit of 1500 characters. I found this email online Customer.Relations@aa.com and sent them an email. Does anybody have experience using this email or any other advice on how to go about with it

Contacted Swiss and DoT, and Swiss offered to mail me 600 Euro ($681) check, even though they don't admit fault.

I flew with Ukraine Airlines (PS), from TLV-LWO (Lvov, Ukraine) with a stop over in KBP (Kiev), the first leg to KBP was delayed with 1 hour, but this dint affect the next flight as we had in Kiev a 2 1/2 stopover, but I was supposed to fly out from Kiev to Lvov (domestic Ukraine) 7:50 PM , the kept on pushing us off the whole time with another half hour and another... Due to fog In Lvov, Till around 11:30-12, they announced the flight is canceled, gave an hotel nearby and said the flight will fly 5 AM, and so it did.

I wrote them a complaint and the respond was due to fog... BLA BLA BLA anf they are sorry and thats it, Can I fight for something? am I entitled in getting something?

I had a problem yesterday and called cs. They emailed me a $300 evoucher on the spot.
