I dont know if this is the right thread but a family member of mine felt she was  inappropriately patted down by airport security and made her feel very uncomfortable. She said the person worked for the airline but I think more probably it was a tsa person. Who would she complain or demand compensation from?

i don't think the TSA offers compensation. You can probably file a lawsuit if they did something wrong. Usually they have woman patting down woman though so I don't know what happened in your case

I called airline and airport security both said they were following protocol. Although Jetblue did give 2500 points for the inconvenience and bad experience.

My sister was scheduled to fly ORD-MIA on F91310 at 6:00 am local. She still hasn't departed, as they are waiting for a door handle or the likes. Departure is getting later and later every time she looks. She already booked herself on a later flight with an actual airline, but what is she looking at as far as comp?

In the end, her flight was canceled entirely. She hopped on an AA flight, and was fully refunded for her F9 flight, and received a $200 voucher as well as a $10 meal voucher.

Correct, but all other times I've tried was with Elal and they find every "excuse" not to pay.

I wouldn’t give them an “or”. But if you must, you can ask for travel credit, maybe $300?  I would think they would rather give you miles.
