DL handles KL's cust service for the US. I guess you will have to use a claim agency

I filed for delayed baggage expenses with BA around a month ago, got a confirmation of the complaint, but never recieved a response. Does it usually take this long to respond?

Not sure where to post this. Sorry in advance. I booked a flight on Priceline and accidentally used a debit card instead of CC that would provide coverage. And its past the time of free cancellation. Anything i can do at this point? TIA

Can't change FOP. Which CC did you want to use? Chase for example has bad coverage, I always buy Travel insurance either way

Any other one technically- Chase Saffire Preferred, Amex... Mainly wanted it for delayed/lost luggage and delayed flights

Can't speak for Amex but Chase is sort of worthless, had issues every time. Just buy travel insurance, it's pretty cheap if just for baggage etc

Flew with five passengers and had 4 bags delayed for about three days. I did a lot of shopping in the interim, but British Airways only agreed to refund me 1500 dollars. They said that is their cap. Wouldnt it make sense that the cap applies to one passenger, and it should be raised when there are more passengers?

You need an 8 hour delay to get money.
I'm not who you think I am.

You have to arrive 8 hours later than scheduled (which can theoretically happen even with only a 7 hour delay).

i know, that’s why I asked if there’s anything to expect, given the fact that they’re not obligated.

You should be entitled to that amount on a per person basis not on a per ticket.

You should submit separate claims per each passenger and different receipts [or highlight items per passenger].

Not 100% on this, but seems so.
Always praying for delayed baggage.

Try to get something from them when they ARE obligated ;)
