You cannot double dip, but if airline denies claim you can show that to chase and then fight with airline and hopefully win, so there is your double dip.
They should replace or provide a new one and they should ship to EY.
It has been over three weeks now.
My questions was really whether the airline would give me replacement stroller (it was a double stroller), and also cover the interim single stroller that i bought while waiting for it to arrive?
Also, in terms of the lost stroller, can I expect anything from the airline other than a replacement of the lost item? Do they give you something for the tircha?
