and email it to the email address on top of the form.
I have got some compensation from them in the past for stolen luggage, not sure if situation is the same, though.
They offered me complete compensation for everything that i had receipts for and 50% for whatever i did not. It did take a long while and lots of tries/patience/HUCA's to get it out of them. Eventually, i did get a check.

Delayed 2 hours UA from ewe to tlv for mechanical error and then s/o lost passport what should I expect as compensation?

EL AL lost luggage, they say permanently. was about 48 hours ago. sheitels, clothes etc. CC no help in this scenario and customer service says to put in a complaint online, which errors out. any recourse?

What CC?

U should be covered by the Montreal Convention and that's up to 1700 +/-. You can try with the airline based common sense and see where u get with that first. Keep in mind the Montreal convention has a time frame u gotta submit your claim by.

booked trip with chase travel suppose to go from TLV to ZRH to EWR [then continuing to IAD but skipping that leg]  got email 2 hours before the flight that s/t went wrong and they rebooked me and going straight from ZRH to AID, and no rep knew why,but i got them to put me on later flight stopping in Vienna to EWR, question is: who do i reach out to chase or united/swiss and does that whole EU thing apply here?

It might be worth it to go down to the airport and check for it yourself.  TLV has lots of unclaimed luggage... Sometimes the tags get ripped off and they don't know where to call. Or it shows up really delayed and no one cares to track down the owners.

TK lost my bag from within the EU to outside.
They offered $460, I Declined. They offered last $760 and unwilling to negotiate.

The EU website says i'm entitled to EUR 1,300.

How can I get the remaining?

AA offered me 3,000 miles for disgusting F kosher meal jfk-lax. i wrote back a scathing email, got a call and was offered $50 or an additional 2,000 miles. i took the 5k miles total as i was hitting a wall. the flight was also booked through EY so i didnt want to rock boat. no status etc...
i also sent complaint about amenity kit not having socks. was really disappointed that they took them out. got 5,000 miles. something seems to be off as to how they compensate.

I had First class LH JFK to TLV via Fra called in 3 days before and requested Kosher meals on board and Lounges and representative confirmed me the meals in lounges and on board , and arrived to airport and they say nothing was requested....
Any experience with such situations?

They told me that it will be delivered when it comes. Im here 2 more days. I have a receipt. I have my bag tag. They told me nothing about compensation. They gave me a parting gift of tissues for my wife to cry herself to sleep.
