They sent me an email offering $150 for business class passenger. Does that mean both of us or only 1x150?

I had First class LH JFK to TLV via Fra called in 3 days before and requested Kosher meals on board and Lounges and representative confirmed me the meals in lounges and on board , and arrived to airport and they say nothing was requested....
Any experience with such situations?
I received a compensation for $400 should I try fighting for more or no luck?

I have an AA flight booked on their AAwards. They’ve now pushed my flight off a second time making it 2 hrs from its original departure time. Anything I should bother doing about this?

Free change or cancellation if that’s what you’re looking for. Otherwise forget about it.

You can buy matmid points for 1$ each.

Flew from JFK to TLV with Alitalia on the 26th. One of my suitcases never arrived. Now is Feb 2 and they still have no idea where it is. What can I do?

Look up Montreal convention.

Although I would not recommend relying on Alitalia.

If any one has experience with Alitalia specifically?

Received refund on UA for a $200 overweight charge. Was checking in last minute and didn’t have time to repack stuff.

Whats the best way to get more compensation from United?

Flew on 2 business class tickets with United points from EWR to TLV, flight was delayed for a full day for no real reason. Went to the airport in middle of the night just to be sent home for another 12 hours. Ended up leaving on Thursday afternoon (was a wednesday flight) so was super nervous about Shabbos.

Then luggage didn't arrive with us even though we asked 20 times if it would. It only came on Sunday morning, a full Shabbos with no suitcases.

They offered us a compensation of $200 vouchers, and then complained again got $150 for each of us. And then told us to make a separate luggage claim (is it worth it to make a claim with the credit card even though the flight was paid for with miles, only a few dollars of tax on card)

It's ridiculous, I want a full refund of my miles. Anyone have a good contact at United for this type of situation.

Your miles were used to purchase a business class ticket, which you used in full. That means the miles have used up their value.

If you had incidental expenses then, make a claim. You can google "montreal convention". Some CC's provide delay protection.

JetBlue Mint 3pax LAX to JFK. They swapped out the aircraft to a plane with no biz class. What should I expect as compensation? Is this comparable to involuntarily denied boarding?
