Can you, or someone else, please provide a link to the NIS 3000 amount in an official Israeli government site?
I can only find it in news reports.
Thank you.

Don't be so afraid, you don't have to be a billion and one percent sure. This is not a Gemara sugya. Just send CS an email. Or search online. It was on DDMS, too.
I know. Thanks for the Chizzuk. :)
But since I already submitted a letter requesting a round-trip, I want to be super-sure about changing the request to 3080 NIS.
For now, we'll wait & see what their response will be.

Flew DL and had my stroller broken because they took my gate checked stroller to the baggage carousel.
No agents were around as we landed late, but complained via the website after calling an agent. Received email stating it will take up to 30 days to get a response. Does anyone have any recommendations for faster support?

Brand new American Tourister suitcase broken by United.
Purchased it for $80+tax, but was on sale and usually costs $140+tax.
United offered $100 travel voucher that expires in 2 years.
Should we accept?
Thanks.

They usually ask for a receipt and will pay the price that it says on the receipt. They broke the handlebar of my sons stroller and they paid for the entire stroller.

AA bcn-mia

 initially;

Thursday, October 14, 2021
BCN      MIA
09:40 AM   01:45 PM

It was delayed and then at like 4am Spain time it was cancelled

New flight;

BCN to MIA
Thursday, October 14, 2021
BCN               MAD
10:35 AM              12:00 PM
Barcelona               Madrid
Flight #: AA 8559
Aircraft:
Class: Economy
Operated by IBERIA

MAD               MIA
4:00 PM              7:25 PM

Not only was it a enormous pain but I got home almost 6 hours later. EU compensation rules are 300 euro but indicates it's 50% less if they did get me home.

Any thoughts or suggestions and what I should be getting from American Thank you

AFAIK, EU full compensation applies even if they got you home.
They may fight over that 1 minute less than 6 hours, but you have nothing to lose by mentioning the EU compensation. They should compensate you regardless of the EU law.
Just keep in mind it takes them very long to respond. I submitted a claim to AA under Israeli compensation law, and got a response after over a month.

Still waiting for a response to my email regarding that flight.
Why didn't you get more? It was a 17 hour delay!

Why is it up to United's discretion?
It was delayed over 17 hours.
By Israeli law they should pay ~1080 NIS, not just a $200 ETC.
