Airline: B6
Flight: LGA-FLL
Class: Y
Incident: IFE did not work and Wifi only worked half the flight. Power didn’t work either.
Compensation: $15 for the IFE + $15 for the Wifi.
Wow they have gotten stingy recently.

Yeh and in-like with JetBlue, flight was delayed 2 hours, no weather issues, just operational mess.

I don't think this is grounds for compensation, just curious what options one has in general, if any.

I'm on AA mia-lax. Boarding pass saved to Google wallet had gate E8, like an idiot I didn't check when I got to airport and only when seeing e8 empty, saw that it's gate d21 on the board... So I run and run and run.

Bh I made it to d21 to board but they said hey there's no room in overhead bins so they took my bag, I said hey they always say this but usually space, so I'm arguing a bit but not making a scene and other ga says she checked with fa and there's no room, I said fine but I have some medical stuff there and just saying I don't Wana lose it.

So ok I get on plane, right above my seat the bin literally has a massive area for my suitcase.. WTF?!? I went to ga and he just shrugged me off?!?

What kind of garbage is this?! I was late because gate switch and whatnot but there clearly was room and they refused to even Let me check.

The insult was that the spot was right over my seat. Do you ever have any recourse with the ga ?

Seems like D0 policy is what caused this. You can try reaching out for compensation in a gentle manner because the GA clearly lied to you, because she did not check or the FA did not check.

My brother flew domestically with his wife and 1 yr old on JetBlue. Booked 3 tickets, however on return flight they voided his baby's ticket due to the flight being overbooked! I've never heard of that before and don't know how they can do such a thing. They were almost unable to board since their baby now had no boarding pass....
Anyone encountered this before? What kind of compensation can they request -(they were obviously refunded for baby's ticket) and how do they go about doing so?

Shouldn't that be considered involuntarily denied boarding?

Possibly, although they were allowed to eventually board...Question was what kind of compensation to request and how to go about it?

I would try online chat with jetblue (wait time is 2+ hours these days, just leave tab open) wonder if this falls into the overbooking category which is $1550. Not sure if it will fall under that category since the baby did end up flying..

Delta bumped party of 6 from FLL-DTW. Split up the reservation with 4 flying out of MIA and 2 out of FLL. $1k gift card per passenger plus $30 per passenger food voucher.

Swiss Air flight, booked with United, EWR-TLV.
Landed Thursday, luggage still hasn't arrived.
Looks like it won't come before Sunday.
What can we expect to get as compensation, and should we be asking United or Swiss Air?
Thanks.

Not sure this is the correct thread
I had my ElAl round trip from ewr to tlv switched to jfk
Was told they’re refunding the car service difference which is quite substantial
Anyone know how to go about requesting this?

United involuntary downgrade JNB to EWR, Buisness to economy 2 tickets. They immidiately gave $1500 and said will refund price difference aswell for this portion.

Anything better to be gotten? This was very inconvenient.

I flew domestic with United. Bags arrived next day. All passengers on that reservation (6) got a $75 voucher each
