Saved about $150 booking on them for my 2022 trip to San Diego. I did my research at the time, and was told that the big problems with them start when something goes wrong, but otherwise it is good savings. It wasn't my money nor final decision and the one paying decided to book there. Had no problems in the end, but paid their "extra fees" for various "guarantees" regarding the booking. (The 'automatic check-in' feature worked like a charm. At TLV I went to this counter in the middle with no one on the lines - that's where they sent me. I was flying United with a short stopover in SFO.)
