I’ve been saying for months that the DNC will nominate someone other than Biden, I was unsure if it would be before the convention or after it. Based on the analysis in this tweet it seems more likely to be just before the convention.

Well, I have been quite certain for a while (based on my own thinking) that the DNC will swap Biden for someone else. I have been unsure of the timing. This is the first time I see confirmation to my belief, with a plausible explanation regarding the timing.

But I definitely believe that the DNC won't allow him to be the candidate. I have no clue how it will happen, but I am quite convinced that he won't be running for office in November.

You also need to take into account the downside of them starting off with a new candidate so late in the game.

Actually I was being serious. If you truly believe Biden loses then I see no downside.
Four years ago, you could somewhat defend his age. That is no longer the case.
