In my industry the saying is: past performance isn't indicative of future results.

Does anyone really know what the economy is doing NOW? The indicators are looking at the past, not at the present. I tend to have confidence in Rosie. He makes compelling arguments, and is non-political.

Before Trump's first term I said SCOTUS nominations matter, that was looking at what matters, which was all in the future.

Shortly after October 7th Biden was playing a certain tune. His tune has significantly changed since. His admin is currently trying to coerce the Israelis into something other than total victory over the IslamoNazis of Hamas, PIJ etc. It isn't putting proper pressure on Qatar and Egypt. It tried to prevent Raffah operations (were they afraid of what would be revealed there as for as the Egyptian complicity?)

These are terms that are commonly used to describe a general economic philosophy and course of action. Some are viewed positively, some are viewed negatively. I wasn't expressing any positive or negative opinion of the overall economic actions and outcomes. I only brought the tweet to point out the growth in Government jobs as part of the overall plan, hinting at my displeasure with that statistic (without any specific knowledge or analysis of how much affect that has within the overall picture).

I am not saying that it has a positive or negative connotation!

Some think of Reaganomics in a positive way, and some think of it in a negative way. The fact is that leader's names are blended with "economics" to refer to their set of economic policies. In a similar fashion Obamacare blends Obama with Healthcare. Some see it as positive, some see it as negative. The only thing the term implies is that it is HIS set of policies.

I went out of my comfort zone and met with some people I usually don't meet, and asked them their opinion the upcoming about election,
they all said they voted last elections for Biden and never for trump, all of them but one said they're voting for Trump, while one was undecided.
