@AsherO

I would like a list of potential pitfalls. This is not the Shulchan Aruch here, but to raise awareness, so people will know to look into it, or ask their rabbi.

Some magazines, especially those local papers with ads, are often not allowed to be read on Shabbos.

Which are you allowed to read on Shabbos?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

I just saw this Shabbos in the Shulchan Halevi from Rav Yisroel Belsky zt"l that he klahrs that it may be muttar to read ads if you have no plan to buy anything, but just because you enjoy reading ads. But he doesn't give a decisive heter.

Halacha is that you are supposed to wear Shabbos clothing when hearing the Megillah. Seems that many nowadays wear costumes. Not sure if they have halachic backing.

Makes sure however you fulfill ad deloyada is before shkia.  So even though your sedua might start well before shkia make sure your nap/sleep/or literal ad deloyada is before shkia as well

Deal with it when that happens. It doesn't make it assur.

I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Unless you have such a paper of a total different place chances are realistic that one bumps into something that isn't allowed.

Isnt it one of the mitzvas hayom that are only fulfilled during purim day(just like the sedua itself, mishloch manot)?

Otherwise if you do it after shkia or ben hashmashot its after Purim

I assume what he means to say is that since you can start your Seudah before Shkiah and let  if it go on after, but the ad dlo yada should be before...
