I Whatsapped him. His name Is Moishe Weinberger. He charges 3% of the CL he gets you. I asked him, what about a potential shutdown/FR? He said that he Guarantees the CL for 5 years . I asked him if I were to open a 0% intro apr card like the Blue Business Cash/Plus would I be able to transfer the CL from the charge card and he said yes. These are unverified claims, but if true this is gold.

I don’t know about the other stuff, but this is for sure false according to my knowledge. You can’t transfer CL between credit cards and charge cards.

Not understanding. A charge card has no preset credit limit (they may lower it after fr) and must be paid in full every month. The blue business is a credit card like every other so I'm not understanding and pretty sure you can't transfer a (non existing) credit line from a charge card to a credit card and have the ability to pay over months.

I was also under the impression that charge card CL are non transferable. When asked, he said that he triggers a FR and gets you a high preset CL. I would caution against trusting anything anyone represents without doing your own proper due diligence. If I had to guess he has a rep in Amex (just like a friend of mine had at Cap1 until they caught on and she was fired), but who knows..
