Didn't notice any of this. DME-CAI definitely didn't have anyone looking like that seated in business. I didn't see the entire business cabin on CAI-JFK leg (I only walked through when it was dark), but I don't think there were any.

IDK. In Moscow the Mikvahs were free. In Petersburg is was 50 rubles (about 46 cents). In NY it's $3-$6. What does free mean?

Also of note, Rabbi Lazar wouldn't accept anything for Siddur Kiddushin or for Mechiras Chometz! Show me that in the "free" USA.

Cooked for many many hours with meat.
Lemon juice & sugar for taste.

The Rebbe explained once (don't remember source) that since עוה"ב אין בו לא אכילה וכו' therefore it's only matza and wine, no extra foods
