Like getting a speed light ticket from a camera by a cemetery and the notice saying it's from the law that allowed it by school zones...

TLV is one of the worst offenders.
We didn't have 18 tables, nor 310 temimim present. And while the outside plan of the structure is as close as possible to what it was back in the day, I am unsure of the inside layout of specifics. Regardless, it was a wonderful experience. As a side note, I don't think Chabad farbrengens in other parts of the world (other than the former USSR) has such public and open talk about обрезание.Rabbi Gordon saw in ליובאוויטש וחייליה a description of Seudas Moshiach with the Rebbe Rashab where it said that he had a borscht, so he prepared a borscht for those that wanted (my sons and I stuck to what I say by the Rebbe, just Matzos, wine, and water).
was the borscht alcoholic?
Not that I am aware of. Borscht = soup.
Isn't it beets?
How does it feel to be back in the free USA?
If only youngsters would listen and not do things they might regret. Even if it wasn't the Chosson, no need to get into danger of injury.
ouch!!! hope all ended well
In the poskim borscht was charif
This leads me to believe that it was a fermented beverage, and likely even distilled as well
Why?
In Russia, it means a vegetable soup (with meat).https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borscht
