I got a Chase Marriott card last year and currently have 101k points. I just got hit with the annual fee. If I cancel the card, do the points disappear? If they do, can they be transferred to Chase or somewhere else?

The points are with Marriott, not Chase so cancelling the card wont have any impact on your points.
