Also, you don’t necessarily need a developer to set up salesforce, a qualified admin (freelance consultant) is all you need.
Depends on how complex the business and its needs are of course

Anyone who wants to take a look... https://trailhead.com/
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

it’s true, and I was going to mention that point but I experienced a situation where the customer has this ‘really complicated workflow, I don’t know if salesforce supports this’ and I’m like dude, I can literally spin that up in 10 minutes. I’m not bragging how good I am I’m just saying the customer isn’t the one who decides what’s considered complex.

And I was literally (LITERALLY) begging him to go to trailhead as you posted to get an idea just what’s possible and get back to me, but he never did.

I will say I have zero clue about license pricing and I understand it’s quite expensive but don’t know the details there. So it only makes sense for pretty big companies or non profits (free licenses as mentioned)
nothings impossible- the word itself says Im possible

are we talking individuals in boutique businesses/companies, or big corporations ? Honestly don’t know what crowd you’re talking about
I said most because data I've seen suggests more then half aren't corporations. I'd argue it's only so widely used now because it used to be the best.

Big factor, as well as the even bigger one KISS

Passed the AI Associate exam at Salesforce :)
Feel like @etech0 might appreciate that
Does it count as hard work if I didn’t study an ounce for it by the way?
A co worker of mine told me he did it in 12 minutes (40 questions)
I did it in 29.
But that doesn’t count the ridiculous interruption for a solid 20 minutes I had to deal with the proctor about the “head gear” I had on…. My yarmulke  >:(
