@~King Lake~ I just wanted to say thank you for this thread.
I was a dedicated Waze user for navigation, but tried Google Maps and Apple Maps. I can't comment on whether the directions are better, but the level of detail on the maps is so much better. It's so much easier to find turns, etc when I can see the details of the surrounding buildings. Apple maps even shows specific trees!
I still use Waze on the highway outside the city because of the police reports, but in the city, the both of the other options seem much better thus far.
