Message+ Kyocera E4810

I have the E4810 and had someone add the message+ on to it and it works fine. I got another phone and want to add it on to there as well, does anyone have any idea how I can add it on? The guy that did it for me last time is hard to reach...I know it can be done so was looking to see if anyone can guide me.

i have the file for the app that works on that phone its basically the one from the kyocera cadence
check out apps4flips Forums for complete guide
 
it does not sync with message plus like it used but its much faster than native sms app
