I am contemplating purchasing some sort of Urban LSV, which would satisfy a large part of my transportation needs (local drop-off, shopping, etc.).
While Revel scooters were nice, they weren't always available (and are now totally gone), and weren't useful if weather was a little bad.
If I could get a small rechargeable vehicle that doesn't require licensing/registration, is small enough so as not to be a problem to park (possibly even place on sidewalk at times), has at least 2 seats (driver + 1 or more passengers), some cargo capacity (for shopping), is enclosed and preferably air-conditioned, I think I would pull the trigger (if reasonably priced and inexpensive to operate).
Any tips or insights?
What is actually available in the US, rather than being a concept car or something only available in other markets?
