Even paying for shipping should be cheaper in most cases than buying in the US.
Example Yefe-Nof is selling the Yerushalmi (מאורי אור) for 350 shekel (for shvua hasefer, current exchange rate is about 3.5 making $100 before shipping, a few years ago I saw it in NY being sold for $200, probaly being by now it's more then that. Meaning if you buy three of them ($300), ship to America (small sets low shipping cost) and sell 2 for 180 each ($360) you end up with a free set plus profit.
From experience Oz vHadar stuff is about the same price, would be worth though if you need to fill up a shankys order.
Frankel Rambam is the same or cheaper in America
